Dr. Avinash Shejale is a seasoned professional with expertise in the life sciences sector, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture finance, and risk management. Currently, he serves as the Chief Finance & Risk Officer (CFRO) at Concept Medical, where he oversees financial strategy, risk assessment, and compliance to support the company’s global operations and growth objectives.

Dr. Shejale’s career highlights include leadership roles at Pioneer Investcorp and SBI Capital Markets, where he successfully managed life sciences portfolios and integrated financial strategies with technological advancements.

Academically, Dr. Shejale holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery from Grant Medical College and an MBA in Business Administration from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. Additionally, he is an Associate Fellow of Industrial Health from the Central Labour Institute.
